1. What happens if I use more minutes than my plan includes?

If you exceed your monthly minutes, additional usage is billed at a standard per-minute rate of 20 cents a minute. You’ll receive alerts as you approach your limit so there are no surprises.

2. Do unused minutes roll over to the next month?

No, minutes don’t roll over. This keeps pricing simple and predictable, and you’re free to scale usage up or down at any time without penalties.

3. Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. All plans include free onboarding, setup, and basic training so you can start using your AI agent immediately. Advanced onboarding or custom integrations may have optional costs.

4. Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes — Our plans are charged annually. You are free to cancel at anytime and once the year is up your plan will not be renewed. 

5. Do add-ons affect my per-minute rate?

Optional add-ons (extra numbers, custom voices, analytics dashboards) are billed separately as flat monthly fees and do not change the per-minute rate.

 

6. What’s the difference between limited analytics, detailed dashboards, and customizable analytics?

7. Can I add extra integrations or features to my plan?

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can add custom integrations, additional AI agents, and advanced analytics for an additional fee. Business Package users receive the most customization options.
